A new browser technology known as DNS over HTTP/S (DoH) can interfere with your ability to access corporate sites protected by a VPN.
If you are having trouble accessing employee-only sites, try disabling DoH by following the steps for the browser you are using below.

Firefox

  1. Click the menu button, then select Options:


  2. Scroll down to the Network Settings section, then click the Settings button:


  3. Near the bottom of the page, locate the Enable DNS over HTTPS checkbox and uncheck it:


  4. Click the OK button to accept the changes.
  5. Close all Firefox windows, then re-open Firefox to apply the new settings.


Chrome

  1. Click the menu button, then select Settings:


  2. Scroll down to the Privacy and Security section, then click on Security:


  3. Locate the Use secure DNS section, then ensure the slider is in the off position:


  4. Close all Chrome windows, then re-open Chrome to apply the new settings.
